We have the highest installation standards backed up by full NVQ training and ongoing professional development. We don't employ installers who only hold MTC qualifications (Minimum Technical Competence), we advocate for the gold standard.

Our staff have achieved above and beyond. Being fully qualified by the Glass Qualifications Authority, having undertaken relevant industry Apprenticeships and NVQ's taking approximately 18 months or more to complete.

The secret is out. Today we were officially invited into partnership with Rationel. Competent Installation Teams

Make sure you employ competent, qualified tradesmen. Unfortunately the double glazing industry has received some bad press, with "cowboy" builders and installers causing damage to property and using some very unsafe practices. But the industry is working hard to make these stories ones of the past. To avoid these pitfalls, ensure you employ installers who are part of an easily recognised national registration body. We at Fenestra Glazing ensure our installers regularly update their training and qualifications. We don't rely on our installers' qualifications from era's gone by. We make sure our installation teams are fully competent, with an emphasis on continued professional development and qualifications updated at least every five years. We ensure our industry knowledge is up-to-date, and attend regional and national events ensuring our technical knowledge. We are FENSA registered, and go far above and beyond the minimum standards needed for registration. T
