Rationel Timber Approved Installer for Somerset

The secret is out. Today we were officially invited into partnership with Rationel.

We have been chosen as Rationel's Approved Installers for luxury timber and aluminium-clad windows and doors across Somerset. We feel it is a great honour, and testament to the quality of our installations and customer service.

Rationel is an industry leader in the manufacturer of high quality timber windows and doors based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Matthew has been installing timber windows for many years, and is confident in the quality and attention to detail Rationel offer. We needed a quality wooden window that would dovetail with our exceptionally high installation standards and the expectations of our exacting customers, so offering our customers Rationel timber windows and doors in Somerset was a natural choice.

Rationel has an excellent reputation and is particularly popular with Architects and self-builders.

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the Rationel family, and some of our fellow Rationel approved installers from other counties. It's great to know how high Rationel's expectations are of their approved installers, and it's a partnership we think will go from strength to strength.

Competent Installation Teams

Make sure you employ competent, qualified tradesmen. Unfortunately the double glazing industry has received some bad press, with "cowboy" builders and installers causing damage to property and using some very unsafe practices. But the industry is working hard to make these stories ones of the past. To avoid these pitfalls, ensure you employ installers who are part of an easily recognised national registration body. We at Fenestra Glazing ensure our installers regularly update their training and qualifications. We don't rely on our installers' qualifications from era's gone by. We make sure our installation teams are fully competent, with an emphasis on continued professional development and qualifications updated at least every five years. We ensure our industry knowledge is up-to-date, and attend regional and national events ensuring our technical knowledge. We are FENSA registered, and go far above and beyond the minimum standards needed for registration. T
